How our auctions work

Buying Items

REGISTRATION – You must be registered before the auction starts.

Buyers Premium – All Lots are subject to a buyers premium of 20% + VAT.

Online Max Bids – we offer a maximum bid service, place a bid for the maximum amount you wish to pay, and your bid will run with the auction bidding process, until you either win the item or you are outbid.

Viewing – Viewing times are available from 09.30 – 12:00 on the day of the auction.

Catalogues – All the lots are placed onto our online catalogue.

Payment – Payment is available by BACS ONLY from the day of sale up until 12.00 (noon) on the Wednesday after the auction.

Storage Charges – A £25 + VAT storage charge will be applied to each item NOT collected by the Friday after the auction ends. Per day

Viewing – We strongly advise you view any items you are interested before bidding. Viewing times for each auction will be stated in the description of each auction.

COLLECTION – All items must be collected with 2 days of the auction. We also offer a delivery service.

Selling Items

Commission / Charges – A fixed 5% commission fee with no sale, no fee policy.

Payments – We provide a fast efficient weekly direct bank transfer policy.

Brand Sensitivity – We constantly monitor selling platforms to help maintain brand sensitivity.

Auctions – We offer online, timed to rival any other clearance operation.

Stock Take – A weekly stocktake can be provided.

Workshop – We can undertake minimal repairs where necessary in order to increase profit margins and the popularity of your stock.

Reserves – Applying a reserve price can be added to each lot id desired.
